Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, test, commission, and maintain ELV systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support (CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Intercom Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, Structured Cabling Systems, Wi-Fi & Network Infrastructure, IP Telephone Systems, Home Automation Systems)
• Configure and troubleshoot software for ELV and security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Provide end-user training on system operation, software, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare operation manuals and user documentation when required.
• Lead, supervise, and guide ELV technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Plan daily site activities, assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and company standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UAE experience as an ELV Engineer.
• Strong IT background with good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and IP-based systems.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Gate Barrier, Structured Cabling, Wi-Fi, and ELV systems.
• Basic knowledge of Home Automation Systems (Crestron, KNX, Control4, Lutron, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Fiber Optic Splicing, Termination, and Testing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of IP networking, including switches, routers, VLANs, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SIRA regulations, standards, and CCTV compliance requirements. (A SIRA Certificate/Card is an advantage but not mandatory.)
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting ELV software and client applications.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve system faults.
• Experience conducting end-user training and explaining system operation to clients.
• Capable of leading a team, supervising technicians, managing site activities, and coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cable pulling, conduit/trunking installation, piping, cable termination, labeling, and equipment mounting.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of installed systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in ELV, networking, and low-current systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company standards.
• Read and interpret layout drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UAE experience as an ELV Technician.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking, including IP addressing, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, and related ELV systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Administration & Coordination

• Handle daily administrative operations and maintain strict physical/digital document filing.
• Coordinate directly with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and manage payment follow-ups.

Accounting & FinanceBookkeeping:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and customer accounts regularly.
• Manage petty cash disbursements and track company expenses.
• Assist with VAT-related documentation, tax filing prep, and monthly financial reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience in a combined accounting/admin role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience maintaining records according to ISO standards is preferred.
